The submerged, gothic Latin inscription reads 'Love shall endure, even in death'.
A large, pewter heart-shaped doughnut-ring pendant, with the raised Latin lettering 'Superest Amore Etiam In Morte' set under a transparent purple enamel, (transcribed upon the back), and suspended by a looped black wax cord, adjustable by a black pewter slide adjuster/fastener, up to 28" (71 cm) overall length.
